Note:  For a country with a total ban on firearms - and a presidente not shy about telling Americans they must give up their guns to stop violence in Mexico somehow - what evidence is available that their methods are better than ours?  14 headless corpses - not a good record.  Also - I wonder how assault rifles from America can be blamed for the decapitation of people in a tourist city.
