A Death in the Congressman's Office: Conspiracy Theorizing

From August 8, 2001:
"She was, in fact, quite an athlete, having recently run an 8K with a very respectable time and she belonged to the Northwest Florida Track Club.

The results of the mandated autopsy, however, were deemed "inconclusive" by Dr. Berkland, who ordered more specific toxicology tests. These results were expected by the middle of the following week, around the first or second day of August. Dr. Berkland commented at the time "This turns over several puzzle pieces in the case of her death and reveals more of the picture".

Welcome to the Wheel of Fortune.

Michael Berkland, it turns out, has a very interesting background himself. Recently relocated to Florida, it is a matter of public record that Dr. Berkland's medical license in the state of Missouri was revoked in 1998 as a result of Berkland reporting false information regarding brain tissue samples in a 1996 autopsy report. Berkland does not deny the charges.

It's also a matter of public record that he was suspended from his position as Medical Examiner in the State of Florida in July, 1999.

Quincy, he's not.

Repeated requests to Dr. Stephen Nelson, Chairman of the Medical Examiners Commission, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, have failed to verify that Dr. Berkland's suspension was lifted and that his licensure and disciplinary record are clear at the present time. Dr. Nelson was appointed Chairman of the Commission by Governor Jeb Bush."

Note:  Interesting timing  August 8, 2001.  If I were a "conspiracy theorist" I'd see a lot of "opportunity" in this crisis - given the timing relative to the beginning of the "war on horror" false-flag attack on September 11, 2001 - and the need on behalf of the the real "terrorists" responsible for the crime and its cover-up to enjoin a team of loyal propagandists to aid in the cover-up.

I'm not making any accusations here - just using this incident as an opportunity for "what-if" analysis - a chance for you to see how the mind of a so-called "conspiracy theorist" works.

Florida.  That's where the DC Madam was found hanging.  I'm sure her death had nothing to do with the giant box of records she was photographed lugging down to Florida - a giant box that hasn't appeared in any photos or courtrooms since.

Florida.  Great place to steal an election.

It seems that if one were to ask a person nicely to lie via omission of the pertinent facts surrounding the events of 911 - to never waver from their denial - to call qualified experts and critics asking questions "conspiracy theorists" - there is a good chance they would tell you "NO."

But getting to yes is never that simple - there are other ways - like blackmail.  Maybe that would be a better way to approach the problem.  After all - if you have some really incriminating information that a reluctant propagandist would prefer never see the light of day up your sleeve - you are definitely walking  into the meeting in a much stronger negotiating position.

I've often wondered how it is possible for so many mainstream propagandists so popular on the boob-tube, those on both sides of the phony Demopublican-Republicrat circus, can all be so uniformly blind and incurious regarding the plethora of evidence screaming "foul play" surrounding the September 11, 2001 attacks.  I've marveled at the impenetrable smokescreen of ad-hom attacks, lying via omission, and overall blindness our mainstream-media mouthpieces exhibit - and continue to this day - and wondered how it is possible for there to be no dissenting voices.  Oh that's right - there have been a few.

And the few that so much as mentioned their doubt regarding the events of 911 were quickly removed from public view and ridiculed for their temerity.  Rosie Odonnel comes to mind.  A recent sports figure comes to mind.  Some politicians come to mind.  Obviously this is an issue that is not to be discussed if one wishes to earn a living in the corporate mainstream media.  Those who dared to speak up were not under control - so had to go.

But what about those that remain?  Take a look at the article linked and practice your "conspiracy theorizing" skills.

After all - when police arrive at a crime scene - that's what they do.  So can you.
